Even though more than two years have passed since the injury – head trauma, Shannen has not given up on neurorehabilitation and returning to her hobby – dancing.
After a lengthy rehabilitation in the Netherlands, Shannen, on the recommendation of Jan de Jong, came to the Polyclinic Glavic with an unsteady gait and disturbed balance, which prevented her from performing daily activities and prevented her from practising her greatest dance passion.
However, after four months of rehabilitation and ongoing training on robotic devices, Shannen recovered became independent and practised her favourite choreography with our physiotherapists.
